This morning the commissioner of Toni north county Hon Agany Lok Agany received a forces deployed to the hot spot areas, they areas include achier-chok, Majak, Maluil-dit and alabek respectively.
Addressing the forces at Alabek the commissioner appreciated the Governor for the quick response to deployed the forces for the protection of civilian that are vulnerable.
The commissioner in his address said the purpose of this deployment is to protect the civilians and their properties ,restore peace and stability within the affected communities.
The commissioner assured the civilians of the Governor efforts to protect the civilians.

On behalf of Toni north county and its residents I extends my deepest condolences to the people of Gogrial East county , to the affected families and communities for the losses of lives and livelihoods due to the recent attacks carried out by Mayom county criminals of Unity state.
We stand in solidarity with the entire people of Gogrial east during this difficult time.
The senseless violence that claimed over 20 lives including the raiding of cattle’s is devastating. Our thoughts are with over 40 injured and the families who lost their loved ones.
Toni north community express it solidarity and we are committed to support the efforts to restore the lives of those affected by this devastating incident.

Update regarding the attack of Kong-gor community carried out by criminals from mayom county unity state at exactly 2:30 am in the morning at toch Kong-gor.

The office of tonj North commissioner takes this initiative to Update the public regarding the attack carried out by mayom county criminals from unity state which claims the lives of 6 people in Kong-gor community and 4 people in Lou mawien community including the 25 people wounded from both side.
The office of the commissioner describes the loss of 10 people lives and the high number of injuries in this two communities represent a significant tragedy for the people of Kong-gor and Lou Mawien communities. It is deeply tragic that such violence continues to disrupt lives and claim the lives of innocent people defending their livelihoods.
the commissioner appreciate the testament to the resilience people of Kong-gor and lou for having managed to recover their cattle, though the cost of ten lives lost and over 25 people wounded—is incredibly high.
The commissioner of Tonj North Hon. Agany Lok Agany condemned" this heinous attacked and call for the immediate intervention of the national authorities to investigate the killing of this innocent people.
they commissioner said that this great lose will be felt most acutely by the families who are now grieving. In this two communities where cattle are central to both the economy and cultural identity, these raids don't just steal property; they shatter the sense of insecurities and exacerbate cycles of inter-communal tension.

Tonj North county Commissioner Hon. Agany Lok Agany and the state delegation Addresses Mitik-Lou Paher Incident in Acholok.

Commissioner of Tonj North County and the state delegation convened an emergency meeting in Acholok yesterday to address the recent clashes between Mitik and Lou-paher communities, which resulted in the loss of three lives.
Apuk-padoc community pledged to distance themselves from this brotherly conflict amongst Lou-paher sections and call for the government to relocate Mitik to their original land to avoid future conflicts.
The government has ordered Mitik, who relocated from Lou-Paher last year, to return to their original home and engage in dialogue with their people to establish a permanent peace in Lou-paher.
Alongside the commissioner was Hon. John Mayiik warrap state security advisor, state Minister of cabinet and Tonj East Commissioner and others senior officials.

KONG-KOC CONSORTIUM HANDOVER THE 12 FACILITIES TO WARRAP STATE GOVERNMENT IN ROMIC HQRS ATTENDED BY H.E AMB BOL WEK.

The Kong_koc Consortium officially handedover the 12 newly constructed/renovated facilities to Warrap State Government. The ceremony, held in Tonj East , signifies a transition from project implementation to state-led management of rule of law infrastructure.
The 12 facilities handed over includes Modern Court Houses equipped for legal proceedings, Police Stations to enhance community policing,Corrections Prison Service Centers designed to improve inmate management and human rights standards,
The ceremony was presided over by H.E. the Governor of Warrap State, alongside a high-level delegation including Consortium members,
Warrap State Advisors and State Ministers, Commissioners of Tonj East and Tonj North ,Warrap State Police Commissioner and the Warrap Director of Prison Services,representatives and leaders of the local community.
The Governor expressed profound gratitude to the Kong_koc Consortium for their dedication to peace activities in warrap state
The Governor highlighted that these facilities are more than just buildings; they are vital tools for the peace initiative, providing the infrastructure necessary for justice.
He formally pledged his government’s continued cooperation with the consortium, ensuring that the partnership remains strong for future developmental phases.
The presence of the local community underscored the grassroots support for the project. The transition of these facilities to the state is expected to reduce response times for security incidents and provide a centralized location for dispute resolution in Tonj East and North, Tonj south.

The public is informed that the commissioner of Tonj North County Hon. Agany Lok Agany was attacked by the criminals this evening in Athieng-poul at 7:30 pm his special bodyguard was shot, currently in critical condition while on the way to wau for medical attention.
The commissioner is safe the attackers fled the scene after a serious confrontation with forces who were escorting the commissioner while on peace tour.
The public will be informed when there is further updates!.

Tonj North County commissioner Hon Agany Lok Agany recovered another 13 cattle which were stolen in Abiem and Nyang-akoc

While in thiet payam the commissioner of Tonj North County in a coordinated efforts manage to recover another 13 herds of cattle from the criminals.
The commissioner appreciated the community for cooperating with the government to trace out this criminals and encourages them to continue giving the information to the government to find their hideout to serve justice for the permanent stability among the sistering communities.
The commissioner returned the recovered cattle to their rightful owners and promised to exert more effort to returns the remaining cattle.

The commissioner made a security tour in payams that are bordering unity state, addressing rumours of insecurity, the commissioner raised awareness amongst bordering communities to protect themselves following rumours of insecurity concerning criminal who have crossed the border.
The commissioner emphasized on communities to be more vigilant and cooperate amongst themselves to confront this insecurity threats citing the importance to cooperate with the division 11 to help protect the innocent civilians.

The commissioner visit focus on peace mission.
While in Manalor the commissioner was well received by the community expressing their strong will and committement to peace ,among the recipients was Sultan Ariath-magaldit and others traditional leaders.
In his address the commissioner appreciate the peoples of Manalor payam for their continued peaceful co-existence with others communities and encourages them to continue with the same gesture.
The commissioner in his address burns and prohibited some activities this includes, drinking alcohol, thefts and others criminals activities.

Tonj north County commissioner recover 14 stolen cattle out of 41 which were stolen from Abiem mayar and Nyang Akoc.
The commissioner returns the recovered cattle to their rightful owners and asure them of his committement to return the remaining one as he continues to trace out the criminals.
The commissioner appreciate Leer-Machar community for having stood with the government to identify the criminal that are disturbing the peace process among the sister communities.
