When Excellency 1st LT Gen.Taban Deng G*i was governor of unity state Bentiu since 2005 until 2013 July Bentiu people has strongest security where people live in every place that you live without discrimination as well as raiding of cattles between Bentiu community.
Taban tried it hardest to Developed road of unity state but due to challenges of war between south Sudan and Sudan which took 21 years.
Deng managed to built some small places in the town but much has been needy by citizens.
What I dislike to heard from leadership of Taban by then is statement of chasing people from town to village and told them if you failed to worked u will better sell your child for your survival.
Second to this is removal of stakeholders without providing reasons to them.
All in all during Taban leadership Bentiu security is friendly to everyone in the state.

From July 2013 to 2024
Governor Dr Joseph Manytuil promised a lot of things to do to Bentiu citizens but failed to fulfill everything from his promises to citizens.
Nyuen by then he is best unity state son with heart of development but was surrounded by only consumer in the office whose aim is to Developed their stomach instead of roads, government offices as well as schools and church.
Unity state citizens has been influenced to look as enemies to each other from neighbor to neighbor.
Cattles raiding has been introduced which is very worst reasons for our people unity.

H.E Justice Riak Biem newly appointed governor of unity state Bentiu.

Riak is first unity state son who ordered his government to repaired road within some hours as per now.
Many Bentiu sons and daughters was admired by tremendous two things done by H.E governor.
1.Road construction within couples hours your Excellency Riak Biem ordered his government to repaired road.
In south Sudan it's very rarely to get someone who implemented what he/she spoken to his people.
Much appreciated from your citizens in the state.
I urge you to constructed road connectivity in the enter state as well as border of Bentiu.
I need you Mr governor to construct schools , unity state offices.

2.Repaired to main electricity 🔌🔌🔌 power in unity state Bentiu.
Since removal of Lt Gen Taban Deng our state has never been at light during midnight.
It's very pleasant to have lights power in Bentiu town because our citizens needed to enjoys town life like others citizens in the country.
Unity state is rich state in south Sudan but lack road connectivity to its neighbor.
We also lack a lot of things due to insecurities in our state,I urge governor lawyer Riak to tightly priority issues of security in our state.

Lastly am excited by your statement of last week in the state which said, you're going to arrested bandit, barbaric attackers, cattles rustling in the state.
Southern unity state that has been suffered for several years such as cattles, random killed of disabled people to mention few.

Results for the certificate of primary education examinations have been released as more than 63,000, that is, almost 94 percent of candidates passed the papers.
In terms of percentage passes, Unity State performed best, followed by Jonglei, Warrap and then the Greater Pibor Administrative Area. Over 4,000 pupils failed the papers.
Releasing the results in Juba yesterday, the minister of general education Awut Deng commended the candidates for a job well done and noted the increase in girl enrolment.
“Generally, the candidates’ trends and analysis shows that there has been a steady increase in the number of female candidates in entering, as well as sitting the examination," said Acuil, "This increase is attributed to the intervention by the interventions the ministry of education and donors and development partners have put in place to bring and retain the girl child in school by providing cash support and take home food ration.”
More than 68,000 candidates sat for the examinations across the 10 states, the 3 administrative areas and in Egypt.

Prices of basic commodities in Malakal have dropped significantly in the market due to what the Upper Nile State Trade Union describes as improved road conditions linking the counties to Malakal town.
The improved condition of the roads has enabled farmers and businesspeople to easily transport their goods to major markets for sale.
Nasreddin Sulieman Hamid, a member of trade union in Malakal applauds the state government for waiving off taxes on sorghum being transported from Renk to Malakal town.
“A kilo of banana by then was 8000 but now it has dropped to between 2000 and 2500 SSP, it’s a great improvement for the citizens of the state, even a sack of onion was sold by then at between 170,000 and 200, 000 but now it has dropped to between 80,000 and 90,000," Hamid said.
