It was great meeting with our partners and allies during the AUSA Expo this week. I’m grateful to their commitment to build relationships that are focused on peace, global stability, and prosperity.

On this 247th U.S. Marine Corps birthday, I congratulate all U.S. Marines--always faithful, ready to respond at any time, in any place, whenever there is a need. The U.S. Army & U.S. Marine Corps have a rich history of fighting & training together from 1775 and continue to stand together in the future.

It is imperative that our U.S. Army Soldiers are always ready to perform regardless of the challenging environment. This month, our medical Soldiers at Joint Base San Antonio conducted an FTX that increased Soldier readiness and resilience in complex scenarios.

Though the Holiday Weekend has come and gone by now, we're still feelin' the love... U.S. Army Gen. Darryl Williams, U.S. Army Europe and Africa's Commanding General, was honored to spend Thanksgiving Day with these assigned to 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) currently serving in Romania, along NATO's Eastern Flank.

Proud to enlist 50 future Soldiers into our U.S. Army at the Patriot’s Salute to Service Game Sunday. There are various ways to serve our country and the Army is one of them. I’m glad these young men and women chose the Army!

Our Nation has a call to service and yesterday local Army recruiters and I spoke with Georgia superintendents and school representatives to discuss how the U.S. Army can be an option for their students.
