Thai Makes Train : TMT KMITL

𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲

The test setup and testing devices including DAQ system were developed by Rail and Infrastructure Research Center, School of Engineering, KMITL.

About Thai Makes Train EP1

“รถไฟไทยทำ” ตอนที่ 1: ที่มาและเหตุผล (ส่วนหนึ่งจากการบรรยายวิชา นวัตกรรม สำหรับ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 สจล. เมื่อวันที่ 22 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2565)

This video presents the conceptual design of “Beyond Horizon” the first model of TMT (Thai Makes Train) trademark. The architectural and engineering designs included verification processes have done by KRIR (KMITL Rail and Infrastructure Research Center), School of Engineering, KMITL. The 25 seats of 8 super-luxury and 17 of luxury with luxurious facilities were inspired by airline first and business class. The “Beyond Horizon” will consist of 50% of locally produced components and complies with SRT specifications as well as international standards. The project was funded by PMUC (Program Management Unit for Competitiveness) under collaboration with King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Thailand State of Railway (SRT) and more than 10 local manufacturers.
