Department of Land Transport is drafting / preparing the Department Notifications to be issued based on the Ministerial Regulation regarding Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road B.E. 2558 (2015) to be ready for ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) by 31-Dec-2015 and to enhance the safe transport of dangerous goods by road in Thailand. The a.m. Ministerial Regulation will enter into force on 31 May 2015 and the relevant Department Notifications of about 7 bills will be issued subsequently.

Certificates from Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) of Great Britain (GB) (the European Competent Authority issuing this qualification certificate) to certify that Mr. Pongnarin Petchu has qualified as DANGEROUS GOODS SAFETY ADVISER (DGSA) for ALL CLASSES BY ROAD AND INLAND WATERWAYS (RIVERS) - the only one in Thailand who received these certificates according to the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) and European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN). It is also believed that he is the only ASEAN guy who receives both DGSA Certificates (Road and Inland Waterways) from Europe.
