The 13th RMUTTO National and 1st International Conference organized by Institute of Research and Development, Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok and incorporated by Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization have been hold on 27-29th May,2020 at Ambassador Jomtien Pattaya, Chonburi. The Conference has been themed by creating Competitive-based Innovation to serve to Economic and Life Quality Enhancements due to realization of efficiency-based innovation creativity without marketable perspective. Moreover, boosting competitive capability of innovation in mean of National / Specified-Area Strategic Plan should be significantly concerned. From rationales stated as above, the RMUTTO Conference in two standard levels has been originated and designed to acheive in practical use. Atmospheric Condition within the event will be fullfiled with several activities, workshop, research exhibition and partial seminar for researchers, communities situated arround Chonburi area and interested people aiming to further various innovations to obtain Intellectual Property Registration and develop potential and skill of community. For organizing this upcoming conference, I roled as executive of RMUTTO have thankfully felt for several supports, especially Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, Editors of many International Journal indexed by SCOPUS, SCI, ESCI and etc. , all private companies and government-owned company arranging many booths within the event.

In this opportunity, the interested authors have been invited to attend to present their innovative research works in various conference topics. Additionally, research work for non-academician, R2R, has been opened to encourage and motivate the increase in developing personnel in this field of study.
