𝐃𝐢𝐥𝐢: 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓,𝐎𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, the Board of Directors of the Timor-Leste Tourism Authority (ATTL, I.P.), along with its staff, participated in the Institutional Retreat on the Role of Public Service in Economic and Social Development, organized by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, and the Minister of Tourism and the Environment, at the CCD Hall in Dili.

At this Institutional Retreat, the Deputy Prime Minister, Francisco Kalbuadi Lay, stated that, as servants of the State and the people of Timor-Leste, we need to know and assume our duties and responsibilities in order to support and contribute to the future of the country.

This retreat is an opportunity to open the minds of civil servants, since state employees and the people must improve the delivery of services, to discuss the best way to contribute to national development, especially the development of the domestic economy.

However, the institutional retreat will also be attended by His Excellency the Prime Minister, Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, and the President of the Civil Service Commission (CFP), Mr. Agustino Letencio de Deus, and the Board of Directors of Public Institutions and guests.

Neste Retiro Institucional, o Vice-Primeiro-Ministro, Francisco Kalbuadi Lay, afirmou que, enquanto servidores do Estado e do povo de Timor-Leste, precisamos de conhecer e assumir os nossos deveres e responsabilidades, de forma a apoiar e contribuir para o futuro do país.

Este retiro é uma oportunidade para abrir as mentes dos funcionários públicos, uma vez que os funcionários do Estado e o povo devem melhorar a prestação de serviços, para discutir a melhor forma de contribuir para o desenvolvimento nacional, especialmente o desenvolvimento da economia doméstica.

Cardoso Passos, and the Head of the Hotel and Tourism Training Department, Mr. Paulo Santos C. Ferreira, participated in the Closing Ceremony of the 2025/2026 Training Cycle and the Opening of the New Training Cycle, in the Hall of the CNEFP Center, in Tibar, Dili.

The purpose of this ceremony, held by the National Employment and Vocational Training Center (CNEFP) in Tibar, was to distribute vocational training certificates to trainees who completed six months of training in the areas of Civil Construction (levels I, II and III), Agriculture (levels I and II), Livestock (level II), Basic Course in Security and Community Fishing, Tourism and Culture (level III).

Also at this ceremony, the opening of the New Training Cycle was held, for new trainees who started training in the areas of Civil Construction level I, Agriculture level I, Regular Hotel Management level I, Masonry, Plumbing and Electricity level III, and trainees who completed the training, totaling 25 people (251 people).

Participating in this ceremony were the General Coordinator of the MCAE, Mr. Jorge Rui De Carvalho Martins, a representative of the Embassy of Portugal, a representative of the Embassy of the European Union, the President of the Likisa Authority, representatives of relevant institutions, representatives of UNTL University, representatives of international companies, new trainees and guests.

O objetivo desta cerimónia, realizada pelo Centro Nacional de Emprego e Formação Profissional (CNEFP), em Tibar, foi distribuir certificados de formação profissional aos formandos que concluíram a formação durante seis meses nas áreas da Construção Civil (níveis I, II e III), Agricultura (níveis I e II), Pecuária (nível II), Curso Básico de Segurança e Pescas Comunitárias, Turismo e Cultura (nível III).

𝐃𝐈𝐋𝐈: 𝐎𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓,His Excellency the Member of the Timor-Leste Tourism Authority (ATTL, I.P.), Mr. Ildefonso de Carvalho, participated in the certificate award ceremony for twenty ATTL, I.P. employees who have completed English language training especialitty in the Hospitality and Tourism sector, facilitated by the Business Institute (IOB), through the Logistics, Culture and Professional Training Center, in the IOB University Classroom in Fomento I, Dili.

At this ceremony, His Excellency the Member of ATTL, I.P., thanked IOB University and the CLCTV Center, whose instructors provided assistance to ATTL, I.P. employees for three months, enabling them to complete their English language training in the Hospitality and Tourism sector, and to award certificates to the participants. The program's objective is to further strengthen cooperation between ATTL, I.P. and IOB.

Therefore, we urge ATTL, I.P. staff to continue taking advantage of opportunities like this to improve capacity in relevant areas, since Timor-Leste has become a member of ASEAN and therefore needs training in languages ​​that can be used to assist visitors, such as English, Portuguese and Mandarin.

Nesta cerimónia, Sua Excelência Vogal, da ATTL, I.P., agradeceu à Universidade IOB e ao Centro CLCTV, cujos instrutores, que durante tres meses, prestaram assistência aos funsionarios da ATTL, I.P., possibilitando a conclusão da formação em língua inglesa na área da Hotelaria e Turismo, e a entrega dos certificados aos participantes. O objetivo do programa é reforçar ainda mais a cooperação entre a ATTL, I.P. e a IOB.

Assim, solicitamos aos funcionários da ATTL, I.P., que continuem a aproveitar oportunidades como esta, para melhorar a capacidade em áreas relevantes, uma vez que Timor-Leste se tornou membro da ASEAN, e por isso, necessita de formação em línguas que possam ser utilizadas para prestar assistência aos visitantes, como o inglês, o português e o mandarim.

Tutuala Post Administrator Carlito Pereira expressed his gratitude to the IX Constitutional Government, through the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (MTA), for implementing this plan to strengthen the tourism sector, especially to boost the economy of the Tutula community. He also urged Tutula administrators and communities to continue preserving and caring for the building so that the government can use it for a long time and also reap the benefits of this work.

Na cerimónia de entrega das obras de reabilitação, Sua Excelência o Presidente da ATTL, I.P., Sr. Virgilio Simith, afirmou, A Pousada de Tutuala tem uma longa história, pois foi construída desde a época da ocupação portuguesa até à data, e há muitos investigadores de nível internacional e nacional que já escreveram muito sobre a riqueza histórica e pré-histórica de Tutuala.

Esta pousada tem um elevado potencial turístico, porque está localizada numa zona estratégica, rodeada de belas paisagens, tornando-se uma atração para as pessoas interessadas em visitar e experienciar a beleza do ambiente.”

Por isso, pediu às comunidades que cuidem bem destes edifícios e não abandonem estas obras, especialmente às autoridades municipais e locais, para que ofereçam melhores condições aos visitantes no futuro, uma vez que Tutuala é um dos destinos turísticos mais atrativos, com base na natureza e na história.

Apelou também às autoridades locais e às comunidades para que conservem e explorem melhor os recursos turísticos existentes em Tutuala, preparando-se para receber o turismo global que virá no futuro, uma vez que Timor-Leste está prestes a tornar-se um membro efetivo da ASEAN.

Por outro lado, o Administrador do Posto de Tutuala, Sr. Carlito Pereira, expressou a sua gratidão ao IX Governo Constitucional, através do Ministério do Turismo e Ambiente (MTA), pela implementação deste plano que visa fortalecer o setor turístico, especialmente para impulsionar a economia da comunidade de Tutuala. Solicitou ainda aos gestores e comunidades de Tutuala que continuem a conservar e cuidar das construções, para que o Governo as possa utilizar por longo tempo e delas obter retorno.

Além disso, Sua Excelência visitou também a construção do sistema de esgoto e de abastecimento de água potável, realizado pela comunidade com o apoio do Ministério do Turismo e Ambiente. A água será canalizada diretamente para a zona costeira de Valusere, a fim de facilitar as atividades turísticas na área.

𝐃𝐈𝐋𝐈: 𝟎𝟔-𝟏𝟎-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, 𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚-𝐟𝐞𝐢𝐫𝐚, Os funcionários da Autoridade de Turismo de Timor-Leste, Instituto Pública (ATTL,IP), participaram na cerimónia de Içar da Bandeira Nacional da RDTL, no resinto Ministério do Turismo e Ambiente (MTA) Farol Díli, liderado pelo Sr. Rogerio Paulo G. da C. Martins, Inspector GIAI, do Ministério do Ambiente e Turismo. como a Inspector de Cerimónias.

A Cerimónia do Icar da Bandeira Nacional realiza-se todos as meses na primeira semana, de acordo com a obrigação do Governo, a todas as Instituições Governamentais, para a implementação da Lei n.º 5/2011, de 29 de Junho, que regulamenta o Icar da Bandeira Nacional em dias solenes, para habituar-se a ampliar a disciplinar das funçionarios públicas no Ministério do Turismo e Ambiente.

Nesta cerimónia, o Inspector-Geral continuou a pedir a todos os funcionários que continuassem a demonstrar boa disciplina, especialmente que participassem ao máximo na cerimónia de Içar da Bandeira Nacional realizada todos os meses, e pediu também aos dirigentes que participassem ao máximo nas actividades do Ministério do Turismo e Ambiente (MTA).

Participaram na cerimónia desta Içar da bandeira Nacional, vem doss funcionários da MTA, ATTL,IP, ANTL, ANLA, DGT, DNPTRI , DNRH, DNDT, DNEAPT, DNTCE, DG Ambiente, DGAF, DNF, DNB, DNPE, DNCP, CEIA, AND, DNLP, DNA, IGJ, GIAI.
