A small community of Vampires are granted residence in the borough of Brooklyn and forbidden to enter any other Borough or state, All Vampires are not to reveal their true identity to any Mortal and are given an additional 32 Laws to obey. These Laws are enforced by the Special Vampire Unit headed up by the Vampire Hater Director Davis who has the daunting task to Capture or Kill the 1 Vampire Claudius who challenges the SVU Unit on all levels and enjoys Killing Mortals and Abusing some female victims before they meet their end.
