📺 Baraza la Masoko ya Mitaji Laendelea Kujitambulisha kwa Umma!

Msajili wa Baraza la Masoko ya Mitaji (CMT), Bw. Martin Kolikoli, alipata fursa ya kipekee ya kushiriki kwenye kipindi maarufu cha Good Morning cha Wasafi Media TV kinachoendeshwa na maafisa habari mahiri Musa, Zembwela na Maulid Kitenge.

Katika mahojiano hayo, Bw. Kolikoli alitambulisha Baraza kwa umma, akielezea:
✅ Majukumu ya Baraza – Kusuluhisha migogoro inayohusu masoko ya mitaji.

On 19th March 2025, the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) welcomed our Registrar, Mr. Martin Kolikoli, to a special session of the Securities Investment and Trading Course. This event marked a key moment in introducing the Capital Markets Tribunal (CMT) to the course participants.

Mr. Kolikoli provided an insightful overview of the Tribunal, highlighting its:

On 11th March 2025, the Registrar of the Capital Markets Tribunal (CMT), Martin Kolikoli, paid a courtesy call to the CEO of the Tanganyika Law Society (TLS), Mariam Othman, at the TLS premises. From March 4th to 7th, 2025, the Registrar of the Capital Markets Tribunal attended the Board Secretary Course organized by the Institute of Directors Tanzania (IoDT) at Gran Melia, Arusha. This transformative program delved into critical corporate governance issues, including board composition, independence, and the pivotal role of board secretaries in enhancing organizational performance.

The insights gained from this program will significantly contribute to the Tribunal’s ability to execute its legal mandates with greater transparency, accountability, and effectiveness.
