It was such a colourful ULGA Western Regional meeting in Mbarara DLG.The members included: District Chair Persons, Chief Administrative Officers, District Speakers,Subcounty Chairpersons, Senior Assistant Secretaries, Secretariat staff,invited guests, the media among others.The leaders demanded for increased financing of LGs to enable them deliver on their mandates, Transport facilitation, salary enhancement across board for LG candres , improved cordination with LG personal and the Central Government among others.
