Jesca Eriyo’s birthday. She was laid to rest on August 27th 2023, a day after her birthday.

At the residence and burial site in Adjumani District, Republic of Uganda.

Activities during the 2023 memorial week include:

1. Tree planting
An acre of land, seedlings and other needs provided.

2. Medical camp 🚑
With ambulance; Dr. Daniel Asisi, other doctors and leaders to participate.

3.Keep Adjumani Clean
Street cleaning led by the staff and listeners Radio Amani.

4. Street Naming
Adjumani Town Council to name a street after Hon. Jesca Eriyo in honour of her.

5. Scholarship Program
The Hon. Jesca Eriyo Scholarship Program to be introduced this year.

THE UGANDA TOURISM
ROAD SHOW HELD IN
TORONTO, CANADA

Silvertrust Media, a publishing, broadcasting and event management company in Toronto, rendered services for the Uganda Tourism Road Show in Toronto., Canada.

Held on Thursday, July 6th, 2023 at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Toronto, many VIPs attended the event. It covered tourism, travel and the hospitality sector.

Susan Muhwezi, Vice Chair of Uganda Tourism Board, and H.E. Joy Ruth Acheng, Uganda High Commissioner to Canada, led the Ugandan delegation to the event.

MTN Senior Manager Paul Luyima, Hotel Entrepreneur Lily Obina and many others also participated.
High profile Canadian industry titans like Surjit Babra, President of Skylink Group, which has had a fleet of 16 aircraft.

Justin Gosling, President of Discover The World, which seeks to expand prospects for Uganda Tourism Board and Uganda Airlines; and Ajay Tandon, who founded Canadian Travel Services also spoke at the event.

Jenny Gumbs, former Consul General of Grenada; Colin & Ramie who take as many as 50 to 60 tourists on group trips to Africa per year got represented, and are considering Uganda as a destination; and other participants.

Afroglobal Television and Silvertrust Media were exceedingly delighted to support such a lofty undertaking for the two nations, namely Uganda and Canada. Participants believe that the best is yet to come.

Message From Hon. Jesca Eriyo

I would like to thank my campaign team, supporters and all who voted for me. Based on the results at this time, we have not won the election.

Last minute money and other items given out and other factors, sadly swayed more voters in favour of our opponent, something that must change in the future.

I also spent some of my time in treatment and recovery. However, I am grateful to the thousands of people who prayed, supported and voted for me. The Almighty God will reward you.

As we go forward, I will do my best to support development efforts in our dear District of Adjumani, defending the truth, as well as in advancing democracy and progress in Uganda.
