RACE OF EVILS:
KADAGA, OULANYAH TURN SPEAKER RACE INTO A COMPETITION OF WHO HAS DONE MORE EVIL TO UGANDANS FOR M7

Oulanyah reminds NRM CEC how he fought NUP in Northern Uganda

KADAGA reminds CEC how she presided constitution abuse 2017.

With the odds now changing and NRM fearful of having its members torn apart after some legislators strictly showing signs of defying the Kyankwanzi resolution which is likely to be in favour of Jacob Oulanyah, a reliable source reveals that the two party competitors have been tasked with showing the sacrifices they have made for their party.

Whereas Kadaga among other things fronts abetting the passage of the controversial 2017 age limit bill that scrapped article 102 (b) which green lit Museveni’s life presidency, Oulanyah has trashed his senior saying he played a much commendable role in the just concluded general elections.

Oulanyah who accuses Kadaga of being reluctant as NUP and its leader Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert aka Bobi Wine entrenched the youth structures, says he took it upon himself in the Northern Uganda region to personally demobilise the youths linked to the opposition party that had threatened the stay of the NRM party.

Oulanyah reveals that he even used his own money to buy off NUP youths. “I bought off the NUP youth coordinator Olanya Olenge Tony, I inspired the raid on NUP Gulu offices. What haven’t I done for the party?,” Oulanyah is quoted to have asked. “My results are visible. Our presidential candidate won in the entire region while in Kadaga’s Busoga, because of her selfishness, our candidate lost to NUP,” Oulanyah adds.

In fact, a source knowledgeable with NRM CEC developments says Kadaga is being castigated for failing to tame the dominance of Bobi Wine in Busoga where for the first time Museveni was massively rejected by voters. Oulanyah on the other hand is being considered for his aggressiveness and ability to demobilise NUP as he exhibited in the concluded general elections.

Bobi Wine
Nubian Li, Eddie Mutwe, Mbogo, Dan Magic, Kampala Lookman, Kafuko Stanley, Bobi Young, Mudde Ntambi, Sheriff Najja and many other friends and comrades are holed up at Kitalya Government Prison for close to three months now.
Gen. Museveni arrested them, tortured them, tried them, convicted them, and sentenced them to a term in jail.
Their stated crime according to the charge sheet is unlawful possession of ammunition, an offence they apparently committed on 3rd January, when they were already under military custody.
But we all know their real crime, don't we? Museveni is punishing them for believing that Uganda deserves better. He is punishing them for associating with me. He is punishing them for daring to dream that a New Uganda is possible.
For comrades like Nubian Li and Eddie Mutwe, their crime is even more severe. How dare they reject the many offers of money which the regime made to them to betray me? For the past three years, the regime has sent countless envoys to all people I work with closely. Some have been offered money, others jobs, others trips abroad, others land, etc. Nubian Li, Eddie and other leaders have been some of their key targets. These two flatly rejected these offeres and the envoys were very clear- "You will not love the consequences." Some as we all know accepted the offers and chose to work for the dictator!
And so here they are. Prisoners of conscience. Held illegally. Denied their freedom. Political prisoners. Detained for being on my campaign team.
I have been permitted to see them at Kitalya two times now. Yes, their spirits are not fazed. Their resolve is even firmer. But their bodies are weak and frail. Very many of them have fallen very sick behind the walls of Kitalya. The hygiene behind those walls is sickening. The state of healthcare is alarming. The indignity! Those who are critically ill are simply asking for an opportunity to see their private doctors, or to be transferred to meaningful health facilities. According to them, they are only given pain killers and sometimes a few antibiotics at the facility, regardless of the severity of their conditions. Demands for better medical attention have been repeatedly shot down with a reminder that they are in prison!
Recently some of our comrades who were released from Kitalya informed us of a wave of diarrhoea which has hit the prison. Because of a strict lock up policy, adults will often pass stool right inside the wards, where they also sleep. They have complained of incredible congestion- hundreds of inmates being compressed in space meant for only a few. Yet every day, more prisoners are brought in! They assert that 90% of the people who are taken to Kitalya are political prisoners- regardless of what the court documents read! Some have been charged with inciting violence, being found in possession of military stores, or spreading COVID19. But in real sense, these comrades are taken to the prison simply for supporting NUP and professing People Power!
Many of them, like John Bosco Serunkuuma who was abducted on 3rd December only appeared before the Court Martial once, and they have never appeared again. Others have been on remand for even much longer periods.
The last time I was there, I listened to them as they narrated the conditions under which they live. Several of them showed all manner of skin diseases. Some can hardly sleep- firstly because they are packed like logs on the floor with a few beddings, and secondly because of the bedbug infestation.
There is an acute water shortage. For some odd reason, the prison does not provide toilet paper! Only a few of them are allowed to use a toilet at a time. They line up and wait for a chance to use a toilet. Some times, that chance does not even come because there is no water! Bathing is also a hustle- the comrades have told us how they have to compete for the very little water available. At times, they take several days without having a bath.
Even the basic rights have long been taken away from these comrades. We took several books for them to read, but the prison authorities rejected them claiming that they were political in nature! Apparently, the only books allowed in there are Love stories, and self help books like "Make money and grow rich." Even books about our country's history are not permitted beyond the prison's gate! I personally took several books for these comrades to read in this period, but was forced to return with them.
Unlike several prisons where TV sets are placed in wards, our comrades have made the request to have a TV set in the wards, even if at their own cost, but this too has been rejected. Gen. Museveni must be very happy, seeing the punishment he has chosen to inflict on them. They have even requested to be allowed new sets of boxers after three months, but this too has been rejected!
I am sure the comrades who have come out will have occasion to tell these stories better, but I wanted to tell you that our comrades are living under dire conditions.
While at Kitalya for no crime whatsoever, their lives have stalled. Some have lost loved ones, including Achleo Kivumbi whose father passed on several weeks back. Parents of several of them such as Pympah are undergoing severe health problems, and their children are no where to support them logistically and psychologically.
We continue to support their families where we can, but it is such a huge cost. And definitely, our support cannot replace that family bond and touch. Several of them have very young children who are frequently sick. Others have school-going children. While Museveni and his cronies are able to take their children and grand children to the best schools here and abroad at the cost of the tax payer, these comrades' children are stuck- having to go back to school without several needs, or not going to school at all.
I am thinking about all Ugandan political prisoners tonight. I am thinking about those who we know and the countless ones who we don't know. I am thinking about those at Kitalya, those at Kigo, those at Luzira, those at Gulu prison, those at Kyamugolani, those at Kassajjagirwa, those in the safe houses and al other detention facilities. I am thinking about all political prisoners tonight.
I call upon all of you Ugandans to think about our fellow citizens who cannot read this post tonight because of choosing a political leader and political party of their choice. Think about them; pray for them, and continue demanding for their freedom from unlawful detention.
"Sadness may endure a night, but joy comes in the morning." Psalm 30:5
WE SHALL OVERCOME!

Semujju should be voted for speaker. Opposition MPs supporting Kadaga who is responsible for dictator Museveni age limit removal is betrayal of the people of Uganda.

Lady justice Esther Kisakye is one iron lady!! By insisting to give her judgement the way it ought to be done, she proved too much for all her other 'learned friends' on the bench!!! Confiscation of her file is one more proof that the chief justice and his fellas have all along been in bed with the respondents and are only shameless to say the least not to have recused them selves from the bench on the matter🤔🤔 in my humble opinion.

UGANDANS WAKE UP BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE. THIS MAIZE BAN IS A TRAP.

The "maize bill" is coming to help Yoweri Kaguta Museveni keep away ordinary Ugandans from exporting maize outside Uganda.

This Kenyan ban on Ugandan maize was a scheme engineered by Gen. Museveni with his contacts in within kenyan regulatory institutions to achieve domestic policy goals through a sort of disaster capitalism.

For some of you that don't know what "disaster capitalism" is, it is a concept first introduced by Canadian author and social activist Naomi Klein in the book "The Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Capitalism (2007)".

In that book, she argues that some policies (as advocated by the economist Milton Friedman) have risen to prominence in some countries because of a deliberate strategy of "shock therapy". This centers on the exploitation of national crises (disasters or upheavals) to establish controversial and questionable policies, while citizens are too distracted (emotionally and physically) to engage and develop an adequate response, and resist effectively. The book suggests that some man-made events, such as the Iraq War, were undertaken with the intention of pushing through such unpopular policies in their wake.

When Museveni, Salim Saleh and Muhoozi Kainerugaba engineered this scheme of creating a maize ban they knew that the public would be up in arms against kenya for banning maize and rant about how dysfunctional the East African Community , so that as a result, when they introduce licenses for a few people close to him, the public is distracted by the maize ban, to engage and develop an adequate response, and resist effectively.

Remember that today the National coffee bill was again reintroduced in Parliament. This bill aims to help a few people monopolize the coffee export, preferably those close to Gen.Museveni. Already as I speak, when the Kenyan Gov't buys coffee from it's farmers it offers them an equivalent of sh. 8000. However, the uganda govt offers farmers sh.3000. and the brokers of coffee take the rest

This national coffee bill was followed by the Sugar bill, and now it's very likely a Maize bill will be introduced. These bills don't aim at making farmers lives better. The aims are to make sure that those who but those crops from the farmers are the few who will get the licences so that they export to markets outside Uganda. This isn't new. When Museveni was told that UTODA, the taxi association was collecting 4 billion a week, he dismantled it. It's literally no more.

Gen.Museveni deliberately killed local banks like Greenland bank , Tteffe bank, Cooperative bank, UCB and effectively handed the banking sector over to foreigners with the help of his brother Salim saleh. Museveni has always been scared of organized groups of Ugandans that collect so much money that are not part of his family. That's the gentleman we have as our president.

Remember, the maize export trade was with sh. 4 trillion. Most the exporters were ordinary people. This was scaring Museveni. So he now engineered a crisis to justify the introduction of his new bill which will restrict exports of maize outside Uganda. But this won't solve the problem. What we need is setting of standards for exporters by strengthening Uganda National Bureau of Standards . Not licenses.

If Ugandans continue keeping quiet and being distracted by tribalism talk, within 7 years, majority of Ugandans will end up being legislated through Parliament of Uganda out of things that generate livelihoods for them just to help a few people close to Museveni monopolize the Economy. The omuntu wa'wansi will suffer more with more taxes but less money.

As a write this article, kenya has lifted the ban on maize but with a few restrictions. This was just drama made to achieve certain goals

Strike Machine!

I knew Mayambala, Katumba and Kalembe were mercenaries. Now someone desperately want to make sure the presidential petition proceeds so that he can legitimize his bogus win. He has asked Mayambala to take over the petition ’if possible’

I keep wondering why Bobi's gift is bothering a lot of people. The gift was bought by Ugandans. Did they want him to reject it? I think something is haunting those that are complaining.

Bobi Wine withdrawing your petition from Supreme Court is a genius move. Cheers!

Anyone keenly following the pre-hearings would outrightly tell the SC is not a temple of justice; it's an extension of the NRM banditry.

The insensitive manner Chief Justice Owiny-Dollo and his crooked bench are changing rules midstream, disallowing your evidence submissions, bending the rules for the 1st respondent, and then recklessly hobnobbing with Museveni at the statehouse in the middle of a petition is a very dangerous sign of what lays ahead. It leaves all and sundry convinced that the Court is the new cobbled underwear designed to protect Museveni's most critical nakedness.

Think about it, with judges insisting on the technicality of "time", they knowingly ignored the fact that you were under house arrest for 11 days, your party office occupied by the army and your poll agents are being kidnapped all over by the state! The worst is police hijacking your regional agent, torture him then steal thousands of DR forms, only to call your lawyers several days later to go pick a section of them. I could only imagine what awaited your witnesses the moment they left the court.

However, taking your case there was a great test too, it was to validate the court's impartiality, and they failed badly.

Taking this case now to the court of public opinion is the best. If Museveni had plotted to use judiciary to sanitize his thievery, let me him now deal with the nightmare of political LEGITIMACY.

This will haunt his conscience more than 'winning' the case itself. The guilt will kill him before his appointed hour!

Because the dream of every politician/president is to enjoy an overwhelming degree of acceptance from the public and bragging rights even if it's artificial.

The person who informed you how Museveni forced CJ Owiny-Dollo to swear an oath recently in statehouse that he shall ensure he frustrates you, as a precursor to ruling in Museveni's favour, did an excellent job. He is a true patriot. The police officer who leaked the CCTV footage of the CJ sneaking in the statehouse is a patriot too. Judiciary can now run allover like a headless chicken trying to do the PR trick, but at least they accept the CJ was there. They whisper in low tones how he was cutting a deal of injustice.

Viva bro.
