Our request to cross-examine the Director CID in Judiciary UG court hasnt been granted. We will appeal against this decision.Ruling to be given on 14th Sept on whether it can proceed.
Our consultations continue across the country. We simply wont stop.

Tomorrow, our legal team will be at Judiciary UG Court seeking a decision against what we view as deliberate attempts to gag our efforts to freely consult the electorate as is our right to do so.
It is clear that these attempts aim to suffocate the freedoms of not only the candidates but also the electorate. This is loosely evidenced by the recent notice released by Uganda Communications Commission
These attempts must be challenged before they manifest themselves in a darker manner.
To those making these attempts including individuals acting in the name of institutions, we know our rights & we will continue to defend them as provided for in the Consitution.
