Court is there to bring Justice.Court values evidence, witnesses above all.But evidence don't necessarily guarantee Truth nor lead us to Justice,No Justice Systems is perfect and loopholes can arise.
These loopholes are often exploited by individuals or cartel with malicious intent, when we let the innocent Ugandans fall victim to these loopholes like many cases(Nup political prisoners,Besigye amongst others).
Just one wrongful Judgement can destroy the entire whole family.
That's why we should not let illegal acts under our watch.
