am having children to take care of yet am still somehow sick and weak because am like having TB and the doctor advised me to not stay in with children to avoid the speed of the virus to children
Please help me and even don't forget to pray for me and my life and the children

Am writing this in much pain that we are suffering and starving here in Orphan Home Uganda, the situation is really hard and bad here because we are passing through a situation where we have no food and clothes, school fees is needed for the children but really it's hard now brothers and sisters we request please for your help. Please it's really needed
