Its been quite a revealing experience at this school today. It was started by a few people out of their pocket with emphasis on teaching phoenetics and sounds in the English language plus local dialects. The bitter fact is that parents who earn lots of money in fishing could not put aside money for their children's education and yet can afford to have it elsewhere.
