*Hello Market Uganda Champions*

In USA, they have promotion logos and taglines for their states. In UK, most cities have football clubs, with prominent brand logos and their clubs are sold across the globe.

Under Market Uganda program, our plan is to have interested youth develop *Market Uganda - District Promotion logos* as part of district USPs. Logos may be different from district administration emblems.

Then the youth will look for prominent personalities from the district to sponsor the district logos on *Market Uganda Portal.*

This is a great opportunity for the youth and is offered on first-come-basis.

Move now and grab this opportunity and become your district promotion champion on Market Uganda Portal.

*Note* :
Register the district logo on Market Uganda Portal under District USPs sub-program.

If you cannot develop your district promotion logo, send this message to other youth in your district.

You will thank me later.

*Customer is King*

*DON’Ts of Customer Service.*

These DON'Ts are part of the over 30 customer service coaching messages from Chris Muhango.
-------------------------

10. Never tell lies or take advantage of customers. Once, they discover, they will brand you "The Lair". This will de-market you and your business or organization.

11. Never continue eating or drinking something when talking to customers. A customer needs a listening ear. You cannot serve two masters at the same time - your customer and your mouth.

12. Sometimes when your customers are unhappy, they can abuse you or write some bad comments about you, your business or organisation. Never respond to them in the same way. Stay calm, respectful and positive, but give them the right and correct information. In this way, you promote your brand.

13. Try to resolve issues by not abusing customers. Customers are kings and you need them to continue buying from you or receiving your services. In most cases, they have alternatives.

*DON’Ts of Customer Service.*

These DON'Ts are part of the over 30 customer service coaching messages from Chris Muhango.

-------------------------

5. Never be rude to customers. Never quarrel with customers. They will brand you the "Quarrelsome Man or Woman".

6. Never argue with your customers. You will never win the argument.

7. Never neglect a customer. This is being disrespectful.

8. Never offer poor quality products or services to your customers. When they get to know, they will stop buying from you.

9. Never cheat customers or clients. You will be "cutting" the hands that feed you. When they get to know, they will tell others and they will stop coming to your shop or business.

DON’Ts of Customer Service.

These DON'Ts are part of the over 30 customer service coaching messages from Chris Muhango.
-------------------------
1. If you are annoyed, stressed and or unhappy, never show it to the customers. Customers are not interested in your problems, but your products or services.

2. Do not look annoyed while talking to customers. Customers want a happy smiling face.

3. Never appear rude or gloomy on the face while communicating with customers. Customers will brand you the "Rude Man" or "Rude Woman"

4. Never talk with a customer in a negative way. Do not backbite customers. They are not your equal. They are kings ; you are a servant. Do not take customers for granted. The day they leave you, you will know their value.

Dear Tour Uganda Champions,

Most international tourists testify that Uganda is the Pearl of Africa.

Please send this message to somebody today.

Uganda is a beautiful country with great tourist attractions and amazing climate. Most tourists who visit Uganda indicate that they enjoy more varieties of tourist activities and experiences in one trip than in any other country in the region.

Tour Uganda Campaign: Visit Ngamba Island:

Ngamba Island is located in Lake Victoria, 23km southeast, from Entebbe. Ngamba is a safe haven for over 48 juvenile/ orphaned chimpanzees that are free to enjoy the natural habitat on this wonderful island. The Island has beautiful lake scenery all available to make your safari a great memory.

Ngamba boasts of over 150 species of birds and 10 other species of other wildlife. The island provides opportunities for swimming, kayaking, fishing and other water sports. Over the years, Ngamba has slowly built its brand as a great tourist destination.

On this tour, you will have a unique opportunity for close viewing of chimpanzees in their natural environment due to the pre-arranged supplementary feeding times (11.00 am & 3.00 pm each day) that bring the chimpanzees to within meters of the raised walkway designed for easy viewing and provide excellent photographic opportunities.
