“Hope for Working children and youth” (HFWCY) is a youth led community based child and youth focused organization (CBO) which works with children, youth, families and vulnerable communities to fight poverty in all its manifestations including deprivation, cases where children and youth lack basic socio-economic needs, exclusions, where children and are not allowed to participate in decision making and vulnerability to risk.

There are about 68% youth in East Africa Uganda having 75%, 84% Kenya, Tanzania with 48%, Rwanda 64% and Burundi 58%. So we are looking all of us joining our hands together and advocate for change, "it starts with you" so let us change the story. Through advocacy and empowerment, let's end child labour, let's stop teenage pregnancy and remember HIV and STIs are real.
