In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, this workshop focuses on the importance of staying grounded in our connections. DAVAs will share practical guidance on practicing mindfulness within professional, romantic, and family relationships, highlighting how healthy interactions support overall mental well-being. Participants will receive a small plant as a visual reminder to stay “rooted” as they navigate daily interactions, reinforcing the message that strong, mindful relationships are essential to the mental health of every Soldier and family member. JBM-HH Exceptional Family Member Program is hosting a fantastic bowling event on 22 April 2026. This is a great opportunity to connect with other families in a fun, inclusive, and social setting! This event is open to the entire community. For families enrolled in EFMP, we are pleased to cover the cost of one game and shoe rentals for up to four household members.
