Should votes from those who die between the time they cast their vote (think absentee ballot or early in-person voting) and Election Day be counted? Some states fall one way, some fall the other, and even more states are undecided.
A decision by NC counties to accept dead voters’ ballots upsets some, unites others Are ballots valid if voters die before Election Day? The state seems to say no. That hasn’t stopped some officials from counting them anyway.
