Just a reminder our 3rd Annual Winter Fest will be this Saturday from 2-5 PM. The tree lighting will begin after the choir is done performing, around 4:30-4:35 PM. Santa and face painting will be inside the building due to cold weather.

If you would like to be a vendor please email the events staff directly at [email protected]. There has been many people posting on the event page stating that they are accepting vendors and this is all false information/spam. The HOA handles all business through email.

Attention Residents attending Summer Kick Off this Saturday, May 25. Please read below the information regarding closures this weekend. These closures will impact Windmill Drive, Windmill Grounds, and Windmill Tennis Courts.

The event begins at 4pm and fireworks will begin around 9:15 - 9:30 pm. Once it gets dark.

Attention Residents: The Ashburn Farm Association would like to recognize and show appreciation for those property owners who do an outstanding job of decorating their homes for the holidays! Enter your neighbors for a chance to win the Holiday Decorating Contest!

Thank you to everyone who came out and joined us for our second annual Winter Festival & tree lighting. Big thank you to our staff, volunteers, and vendors who made this event successful!

If you weren't able to attend the event but want to check out the community tree, it will be lit all season long in front of the Windmill Association Center.

Ashburn Farm Association is proud to partner with Toys for Tots this holiday season.
The Association will be collecting donations now through December 4th.
Drop off is at 21400 Windmill Drive, 9 AM- 5 PM, Monday-Friday.
Toys for Tots are most in need of toys for the ages of 0-1 year old and 9 years old-teen. Toys must be new and unwrapped.
