We’ve got Marcus Hook Eagle Pride! ❤️🦅

A huge thank you to our HSA for hosting a spirit wear fundraiser and helping our school community show their Marcus Hook Elementary School pride!

Yesterday was all about the power of words at Marcus Hook Elementary! 💬📚✨

During the day, our students celebrated Positive Self-Talk T-Shirt Day, reinforcing the evidence-based strategy we’ve implemented schoolwide to help students build confidence, perseverance, and a strong belief in themselves. ❤️

Then, we ended the evening Reading Under the Stars with our families! 🌙⭐ Our schoolwide book, The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, reminds us that with knowledge, determination, and belief in what’s possible, we can do incredible things. Every student received a copy to continue the reading at home with their families.

Thank you staff, students, and families for an incredible day of learning!

Happy School Bus Driver Appreciation Week!

To our incredible Chichester School District bus drivers, thank you for the care, patience, and dedication you bring to our students each and every day. You are often the first welcoming face our students see in the morning and an important part of getting them home safely at the end of the day.

Your commitment goes far beyond driving a bus. You help our students start and end their school day with someone they can count on.

Thank you for all you do for our students, families, and the entire Chichester School District community. We appreciate you!

Tomorrow, Tuesday, October 19th, marks an exciting milestone as the Chichester Powerhouse Unified Strength & Conditioning Team hosts its first-ever home meet!

We are excited to welcome Radnor and Haverford as we showcase one of our newest Unified Sports programs. The competition begins at 3:30 PM, and we would love to see members of our school community come out and support our student-athletes.

This team has worked incredibly hard, and your encouragement and presence would mean a lot to them as they compete on their home turf for the very first time.

Let's fill the gym with Eagle pride and make this inaugural home meet a memorable one!

Go Eagles! 🦅💪

Thank you for your support
