This is my third year in a row speaking at the 2026 SOCA Conference, but if you had asked me in 2021, I never would have imagined I'd be here.

When God told me to start my business, I thought all I had to do was pitch my idea, land a contract, and success would follow. I wasn't prepared for the rejection, the failures, the hardships, being overlooked, or the character development He would use to shape me into the person I needed to become.

I've learned that when God gives you a God-sized idea, it's not just about your abilities, your education, or your accolades. Yes, He will use those things—but it's ultimately about your purpose.

He wants you to pursue Him so He can use the gifts He's placed inside of you to serve others. The finances may not come immediately. You may not be invited into the "in-crowd." People may not even know your name. But none of that determines your calling.

You only get one life. Don't spend it wondering "what if." Bet on yourself, trust God's timing, and keep moving forward—even when no one is applauding. Your time is coming!
