The other “B” word that I often talk about in therapy sessions:

Boundaries!

Because the audacity is at an all time high! And if/when you don’t have some boundaries about yourself, people will take you for granted, run over you, and try to manipulate you for their own use!

Boundaries will teach others how to treat you! They will also show you who to distance yourself from when they don’t respect your boundaries!

A boundary is a form of protection for self!

Gear up!

Action(s) begets outcomes!
