We’re grateful to share a new One Lamb Program at led by Randy Eberhard, the Next Step Recovery Support Group.
This is a support group for individuals and families affected by addiction, grief, or overwhelming life circumstances—offering a safe space for connection, encouragement, and next steps forward.
The support group will be help on 1st, 2nd, and 4th Tuesdays from 6:00–7:00 pm in Room C101, starting June 2, 2026.

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. According to , nearly 1 in 10 men experience depression or anxiety, yet many struggle in silence because of stigma and the pressure to always appear strong.
This month is a reminder that asking for help, opening up, and prioritizing mental health are signs of strength. A simple conversation or check in can make a bigger difference than you know. 💙

This Thursday is our final Mental Health Awareness Lunch & Learn session. We’ve had such incredible conversations over the past three weeks, and we’re excited to close the series with Helen Goldberg and McKenzie Williams.
Together, they’ll explore how creative expression supports emotional regulation, reduces stress, and improves overall well-being. This session will highlight its connection to mental health and offer practical ways to incorporate creativity into daily life.

As part of our Mental Health Awareness Lunch & Learn Series, we’re offering a Mindful Art Workshop on Wednesday, May 20th at 2:00 PM at St. Luke’s Presbyterian Church.
This meditative practice bridges the conscious and unconscious mind, helps create new neural pathways, and leaves participants with a sense of renewed calm.
No registration nor experience required. All supplies are provided at this free workshop. Just come as you are and take time to slow down, reflect, and create.
