Together, we create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. #MakeAWishGA Now more than ever, hope is essential.

Since its founding in 1995, Make-A-Wish Georgia has granted over 8,000 wishes to children facing critical illnesses in our community. Wishes bring hope to local wish kids and their families at a time they need it the most.

✨ 46 wishes granted in April! ✨

That’s 46 children who experienced the hope, joy, and strength a wish can bring.

Thank you to everyone who helps make these life-changing moments possible. Together, we’re creating brighter days for Georgia wish kids and their families. 💙

Today is our birthday! Make-A-Wish Georgia has been granting wishes for kids like James for 31 years. 🥳

James may navigate the world differently, but that hasn’t stopped him from finding joy- especially when he’s with his sisters. 💙

Living with a nervous system disorder that limits his mobility and speech, 5-year-old James often watched from the sidelines. But thanks to his wish for an adaptive backyard playset, he now has a space built just for him.

More than a playset, James’ wish means independence, confidence, and being right in the middle of the fun where he belongs. ✨

In the last 31 years, we have granted more than 10,000 wishes for kids just like James across the state of Georgia, and we couldn't do it without your help!

For kids facing critical illnesses, healing isn’t just physical - emotional well-being matters too. 💙

After surviving two cardiac arrests and living with a rare heart condition, Aidan’s wish to visit LEGOLAND gave him something priceless: joy, adventure, and the chance to simply be a kid.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re celebrating the power of hope, laughter, and life-changing wishes to bring moments of happiness during difficult times. ✨

Because every child deserves moments of joy.

This Mother’s Day, we’re celebrating the moms who share their hearts not only with their families, but with wish kids across Georgia. 💙

Jamie Minett joined Make-A-Wish Georgia as a Wish Granter in 2024 and has already helped grant a dozen wishes for local children facing critical illnesses.

Inspired by her mom’s impact, Isabelle joined the volunteer team last year and has already helped grant 3 wishes of her own. ✨Together, this mother-daughter duo is helping bring hope, joy, and unforgettable moments to wish kids and their families.

Happy Mother’s Day to Jamie and all the incredible moms making a difference in our wish community! 🌷
