Important Information for Groups:
To help us provide the best experience for everyone, organized groups of 10 or more participants will be scheduled to attend on Thursday, June 25, whenever possible. We ask that each group designate one group coordinator to handle registrations, attendance updates, cancellations, and any communication with Senior Services. This helps ensure accurate seating and meal counts for the event.
