Our West and O4W 6th grade geniuses united for their annual overnight experience at Rock Eagle 4-H Center, turning a 1,500-acre ecosystem into a hands-on STEAM lab! From ecology and canoeing to wildlife studies and wilderness hikes, this genius-awakening experience not only brought learning to life, but it was an incredible way to build community across our campuses.

Genius-awakening experiences like this are what makes Kindezi unique. 💚

While some of our 6th graders packed their bags for Rock Eagle, our on-campus crew had a genius awakening experience right at school! Germaine Cato created a hands-on look at incredible reptiles and amphibians, diving deep into how different species adapt, survive and thrive in their natural habitats. We may have some future reptile wranglers on our hands. 🐼🐝

At Kindezi, we believe our families, community and partners make our schools stronger.

We want to send a huge thank you to the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated for supporting our Gideons’ campus! “Z-Pack It Up” is an Adopt-A-School service project under Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., State of Georgia’s Z-HOPE initiative. Held in conjunction with the State of Georgia Undergraduate/Youth Retreat, they collected school and hygiene supplies to support our geniuses, and even lent a hand in our school garden!

Thank you, ladies, for your service and generosity!

Today is , and we’re taking a moment to honor our Campus Caretakers!

Our caretakers do so much more than keep our halls bright and our spaces safe. They are ndezis who know our geniuses by name, check in on their day and make our campus feel like a true second home.

To our Campus Caretakers- Thank you for nurturing our school and our geniuses with so much love and care every single day. We appreciate and love you!

At last month’s board meeting, we celebrated our Trajectory Changing teachers at Gideons!

For teachers to achieve status last year, 30% of their geniuses met ELA aspirational and/or i-Ready Math stretch goals.

Each recognized Trajectory Changer is receiving a stipend to pursue specialized professional learning of their choice as a thank-you for inspiring us all, and as a token of our commitment to their continued professional growth and success. As we work towards having ALL of our geniuses hit 1.3 years of growth in 10 months, we are excited to keep last year’s momentum going strong into SY27.

While Georgia public charter schools aren’t required to have state-certified teaching staff, at Kindezi, we go above and beyond because our geniuses deserve the very best. We are proud to say that 90% of our teachers holds an in-field certification!

This milestone represents our commitment to scholarly excellence and genius awakening education. Ready to join this amazing community? Explore open positions and enrollment at kindezi.org or by clicking the link in bio.

You knew we couldn’t bring chickens to campus without tying in our learning standards! Our Pre-K crew has stepped into the role of mini-mathematicians, collecting daily eggs and graphing their egg-cellent data (see what we did there?) like pros.
