The "Bend Friends" is a group of volunteers who build trails, clean up the Chattahoochee, and encourage getting unplugged and outdoors! We need your support!

The Friends of Chattahoochee Bend State Park is the local chapter of the Friends of Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites. Our volunteer organization has built 12+ miles of hiking trails at Georgia's newest state park, and we're now working to build mountain bike trails with equestrian trails to follow. Volunteer participation is the ONLY way trails will be built at The Bend.

This weekend at Chattahoochee Bend State Park are Easter Egg hunts, and a cake auction.
Stop by the visitors center to bid on an Easter cake. It is a silent auction from 10-12. At noon, we will end the bids, and notify you of your winnings. Your donations will go to Friends of Chattahoochee Bend State Park. We use the funds to improve the park and support interpretive programs.
We are still accepting cake donations, too, thank you ❣️Email [email protected] to offer your cake donation.
