🚨 Press Release- City of South Fulton’s New City Manager.
🚨The City of South Fulton reaches another historic milestone with the official appointment of Mr. Odie Donald, II as the new permanent City Manager. Mr. Donald’s appointment was made effective March 7, 2018.
On Monday, February 26, 2018, Mayor William “Bill” Edwards and City Council celebrated a Public Safety Milestone. After months of planning, Fire & Rescue Services officially transitioned from Fulton County Government to the City of South Fulton. The transition ceremony was held at Fire Station 11 located at 7460 Fulton Industrial Blvd. and in attendance were City Staff, Fulton County Staff and leadership, Citizens and the local media.

Today, Mayor William “Bill” Edwards attended the South Metro Development Outlook Conference held at the Georgia International Convention Center in College Park, Georgia.
This years theme was “ Smart Communities Connecting Our Region.
The Conference host Michael Hightower states that the South Metro Development Outlook Conference was established in 2013 as a strategic stage to convene elected officials, industry professionals, business owners and the community to examine the South Metro region’s Growth Opportunities.
Over the past 16 years, SMDO has emerged as the largest development conference of its kind n the south metropolitan Atlanta area.
