The Business Transformation Office, together with the NGB Directorate of Management and Administration – Process Improvement Office, hosted three Integrated Management System courses at Clay National Guard Center, Sept. 8–12, 2025.

For the first time in history, all three courses—Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Strategic Ex*****on: The Leader’s Edge—were conducted simultaneously with NGB. These courses strengthen CPI and strategic planning skills, equipping leaders to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and align operations for long-term success. This historic milestone highlights the Georgia National Guard’s commitment to advancing leadership, efficiency, and strategic planning across the force.

Today, we honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and pay tribute to the courage of first responders, service members, and ordinary citizens who answered the call in the face of tragedy.
The Georgia National Guard stands united in remembrance, resilience, and resolve—never forgetting the sacrifice made that day and reaffirming our commitment to defending our nation and supporting our communities.
We will never forget.
