The Bond House - Historic Athens Georgia

As of August 15th, the beautiful Bond House is SOLD!! Congratulations to the buyers, who plan to use it as a second home to host friends and family for UGA game days.

I am so grateful to have been a part of this property's history, and can't wait to see it come back to life with a new family who appreciates it!

We are getting close to the end of our renovation journey and all of the fun things are happening! Tile & cabinets have been the primary focus lately. Soon light & plumbing fixtures, paint, and the finishing touches. We are 3-4 weeks away from the final reveal!

Thank you Historic Athens for shining a light on us! We are so grateful for the opportunity to bring love and life back into this gorgeous icon of Athens this year. And we are SO excited to unveil the finished product in about a month! Stay tuned 🤩
