Meet Chief Warrant Officer 3 Jeff Adams, a CH-47F Chinook standardization instructor pilot with the
Georgia National Guard.

With 18 years of service and four combat rotations, CW3 Adams brings a wealth of experience to the cockpit, though his impact goes far beyond flying. As an instructor and mentor, he’s helping develop the next generation of CH-47 aircrews while supporting missions ranging from overseas operations to wildfire response and training here at home.

Experienced leaders like CW3 Adams are essential to maintaining our warfighting edge. By passing on lessons learned, developing capable aircrews and remaining ready to respond at home or wherever our Nation calls, he represents what makes the National Guard such a unique and indispensable part of the Joint Force.
