This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the fallen. The men and women who gave everything in service to this nation, both in war and in peace.

Their sacrifice is not forgotten. Their legacy lives in every uniform worn, every mission answered, and every freedom defended.

"This We'll Defend."

🩺🧪Guardian Response 2026 🩺🧪

Our Soldiers have been hard at work! We are incredibly proud of the men and women from the 444th Ground Ambulance Company (338th Medical Brigade) and the 456th MCAS (804th Medical Brigade) for their outstanding performance at Guardian Response 2026!

Taking place at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, this intensive exercise is designed to push our medical and emergency response capabilities to the limit—and our teams rose to the occasion.

444th Ground Ambulance Company: They did an incredible job while attached to an Active Duty Field Hospital, ensuring seamless medical evacuation and patient care in a high-tempo environment. Their interoperability and dedication were on full display!

456th MCAS: A huge shoutout for their vital work attached to a CBRN unit. They successfully executed complex DECON (Decontamination) missions, proving they are ready to handle the toughest scenarios to keep our forces and citizens safe.

While these images look intense, please remember that Guardian Response is a training exercise. The "injuries" seen in these photos are the result of high-quality moulage (special effects makeup) used to create a realistic environment for our Soldiers. No real injuries occurred during this training.

Exercises like this ensure that when the call comes, we are ready to respond with precision, expertise, and heart.

What is Guardian Response? 🛡️

It’s where the U.S. Army Reserve and civilian agencies team up to master disaster response. From search and rescue to decontamination and medical recovery, it’s all about staying ready so we don't have to get ready.

Total synchronization. Total readiness.

Happy Birthday U.S. Army Reserve!

On April 23, 2026, the U.S. Army Reserve marks 118 years of service to the Nation.

Since its establishment in 1908, more than 1.3 million Warrior Citizens have answered the call to serve. Today, nearly 9,000 Army Reserve soldiers are mobilized and/or deployed across 25 countries, supporting U.S. Army and Joint Force requirements.

Army Reserve soldiers are Twice the Citizen, bringing the discipline of military service and the expertise of civilian careers together to build combat-ready formations whenever the Nation calls. 🇺🇸

"As the enabling capacity for the Army, our role has never been more critical," said Lt. Gen. Robert D. Harter, Chief of Army Reserve and Commanding General, U.S. Army Reserve Command. "The Army Reserve is driving on its purpose – building and delivering combat-ready Soldiers and formations at time of need, when the Nation calls."

By participating in , we help spark conversations that matter. Awareness leads to understanding, and understanding leads to action.

Let’s continue to:
✔️ Support survivors with compassion and respect
✔️ Educate ourselves and others
✔️ Speak out against harmful behaviors
✔️ Promote a culture of consent and accountability

Together, we can make a difference. 💚
