Last week during our City Council session, we took important steps for the South Fulton community.
Together, we proclaimed June 2026 as Scleroderma Awareness Month, bringing attention to this rare, chronic disease that affects more than 300,000 Americans, the majority of whom are women.
We also proudly recognized the Creekside High School Football Team for their outstanding achievements, discipline, and dedication both on and off the field.
In addition, District 6’s Lucky Bingo event was a great success, bringing residents together for a fun evening of community engagement.
It is always an honor to work alongside our Council to celebrate excellence, raise awareness for important causes, and continue serving the residents of South Fulton.

This Women’s History Month, we are highlighting some of the remarkable women who help lead the City of South Fulton.
Across our council and executive leadership, these women play an important role in guiding our city, serving our residents, and helping move South Fulton forward.
I am honored to work alongside leaders who bring passion, professionalism, and purpose to the work of public service.

During my first 100 days as Mayor, I had the honor of attending my very first Fire and Rescue Recruit Graduation Ceremony.
Watching these recruits take their oath was powerful. Public safety is a priority for this administration, and investing in the men and women who protect our city is part of the work we are committed to every day.
These graduates chose service. They chose courage. They chose South Fulton.
As we continue moving through these first 100 days, know that strengthening public safety and supporting our first responders remains front and center.
Congratulations to this incredible class. Your city is proud of you.

I’m incredibly grateful to be featured on the March/April 2026 cover of Southern Crescent Women In Business.
To be highlighted in an issue centered around leadership, legacy, and women in power truly means something to me. Every day I serve as South Fulton Mayor, I carry the responsibility of representing the strength, brilliance, and resilience of the women who came before me and the young girls who are watching now.
Thank you to the team for the opportunity and for creating space to celebrate women who lead with purpose. South Fulton, this honor belongs to all of us.

Our Business Roundtable Lunch & Learn was full of honest conversation, smart questions, and real ideas. I always enjoy sitting down face to face with our business owners and community leaders because that’s where the best solutions start.
We talked about code enforcement, public safety, and how we continue creating an environment where businesses in South Fulton can grow and thrive. When we come together like this, it’s not just a meeting. It’s collaboration in action.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, leaned in, and shared your voice. Your input matters.
South Fulton is on the rise, and we’re building it together.

South Fulton family, the Governor of Georgia has declared a State of Emergency due to extremely cold temperatures, dangerous wind chills, and the potential for snowfall in some areas. Our city teams are actively monitoring conditions and coordinating with state partners to ensure readiness.
Please take steps now to protect your home, bring pets indoors, and check on seniors and neighbors who may need additional support. Updates will be shared as conditions change.
Stay warm and stay safe.
