We’re hiring an Employment Facilitator to join our Employment Relations Unit, a key position supporting the hiring and onboarding process for the Cobb County Department of Emergency Communications. In this role, you’ll help ensure we continue to bring in professionals who are committed to service, integrity, teamwork, and excellence.

Responsibilities include coordinating applicant testing and evaluations, reviewing candidate qualifications, supporting applicants and answering questions throughout the hiring process, conducting comprehensive background investigations, and assisting candidates from application through selection. You’ll play an important role in identifying candidates who align with our mission, culture, and values.
