AmeriPro is proud of the leadership team we've built, and our Chief Business Officer Tom McEntee is no exception! Tom joined AmeriPro after building a relationship with CEO Larry Richardson during his time at AMR. From his early days on the ambulance to his current leadership role, one thing has remained constant: his love for solving problems. In EMS, he knows that finding solutions can mean saving lives, improving the patient experience and making a meaningful impact on the communities we serve.

Today, Tom enjoys helping AmeriPro grow and watching the organization continue to establish itself as a leader in the EMS industry.

His advice for those just beginning their EMS careers? Remember that while the work is incredibly rewarding, those defining moments don't happen every day. Every shift, including the routine ones, is an opportunity to build the skills and experience you'll rely on when it matters most.

14 newly certified EMTs just graduated from the AmeriPro Health Institute for Prehospital Education, our 6-week paid EMT training in Louisville, KY. The best part? Now AmeriPro's team is bigger and stronger than before.

In 6 weeks our Clinical Education Coordinator Bryce Patton, Director of Clinical Services Josh Worth, and Kentucky and Indiana Director of Operations Joe Rose along with other associate instructors led an intensive program to prepare these EMTs for situations they'll experience in the field along with teaching them AmeriPro's approach to top-notch patient care. Let's give it up for our new team members! 👏
