Genealogy @ the Georgia Archives: 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘍𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘏𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the Georgia Archives.
This free program will explore how family history materials can be preserved, digitized, shared, and stewarded over time. Sessions will include practical guidance for caring for personal records, photographs, and keepsakes, along with presentations on community archiving, digital preservation tools, and how collecting institutions evaluate historic and cultural donations.
