Cherokee County is proud to host the 2026 Georgia Police & Fire Games! πŸŽ‰ Join the Community 5K on June 13 at Hobgood Park and run alongside the men and women who serve communities across Georgia. We hope to see you at the starting line!

The 2026 Georgia Police and Fire Games will culminate Saturday, June 13 with a Community 5K at Hobgood Park. The public is welcome to sign up and run alongside the competitors in this fun event. Awards will be given to the top three competitors in each age group for sworn competitors and civilian competitors.
