Green River College Student Life A great way to use your voice and be involved on campus is through your student leaders!

The Student Life staff and student leaders are thrilled to bring excitement to campus through events, clubs/orgs, student government, art, concerts, sports, and more. There's more to college than just attending classes, and Student Life is here to demonstrate that. Our diverse group of student leaders are thrilled to bring some excitement to your campus schedule. From every day lectures, club meetings, and student government to art exhibits, concerts, intramural sports, and more. Next Friday, October 16th at 7 PM we have live music for you in the Student Union. Join us for Swamp Stomp, our new series showcasing PNW bands you need to know

Opening the show at 7 PM will be 222, bringing melodic, layered hooks and a shoegaze inspired sound.

Following the performance from 222, TV Star will play a set. Somewhere in between now and the 90s, between americana and britpop, Seattle’s TV Star are making Music For Heads. Their psychy, 90s-alternative influenced indie rock is packed with hazy atmosphere, effortless cool, and real hooks, appealing to traditionalists and modern guitar-pop fans alike.

This show will be free for students and $5 for non-students. Doors will open at 6:45.

See you there! 💀 🐊
