It's been quite some time since I have posted in this group. However, I saw a statistic that re-energized me to post again. Only 3% of eligible donors actually donate. Why? A large majority of eligible donors may suffer from Trypanophopia - the intense fear of needles. Has anyone in this group successfully overcome this phobia to be able to donate blood regularly? Please share!
