The idea for 'Keep the Music Moving' was first formed in March 2015 at SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas. KTMM Founder, Hayden Adcock says he was walking down the infamous 6th street, on his way to a showcase, when he saw a group of homeless people dancing alongside another group of people that were dressed in suits as a street-performing band strummed on guitars, beat on drums and sang nearby .
