Dios no quiera y los agarre inmigración...prepárense con un poder para sus vienes como carros...o un poder para sus hijos menores de edad. Después solo demorará las cosas porque tienes que estar frente a un notaria para firmar el poder.

Texas Gov’t Code Ann. §406.024 sets out the maximum fees a Notary Public may charge for notary public services.

Texas Notary Fees / Maximum Notary Fees
Taking acknowledgments or proofs:
For the first signature: $6.00
Each additional signature: $1.00
Administering an oath or affirmation $6.00
Swearing a witness for a deposition $6.00
Taking a deposition for a witness $0.50 per 100 words
Certifying a photocopy $6.00
Providing an uncertified copy from an entry to
a notary public’s record book $0.50 per page

Travel Fee:

Travel fees are not specified in the law. Such fees are proper only if the notary and signer(s) agree beforehand on the amount to be charged. The signer must understand that a travel fee is neither required nor specified in the law and is separate from the notarial fees described herein. Travel fees range from $50.00 and up depending on time of day and distance traveled. Travel fees will always be discussed prior to departure for your requested service.

Mobile Fee: Weekends (Outside of Travis County, other charges will apply)

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM $75 plus $6.00 notarization fee

4:01 PM – 9:59 PM $100 plus $6.00 notarization fee

10:00 PM – 11:59 PM $150 plus $6.00 notarization fee

12:00 AM – 7:59 AM $200 plus $6.00 notarization fee

Payments:
ALL fees are due and payable on completion of services rendered at which time an invoice – receipt will be issued. Escrow or loan cancellations have no bearing on the payment of fees. We accept only Cash, MasterCard and Visa, Cashapp, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment arrangements must be made in advance of services at time of scheduling.

All services are provided by appointment only with two (2) hour advanced notice. At times immediate request for services may be accommodated within minutes depending upon staffing, location, construction, traffic and weather. Services requested within the two (2) hour advanced notice are considered “rush” services and a “rush” service fee will apply.

All services are based upon the time of when the services are rendered and NOT when a request for service is made. For example if you call at 10:00 a.m. for service at 4:30 p.m. then the after 4:00 p.m. rates will apply.

It's oficial as of today, I will start providing mobile notary services in Travis and it's contiguous counties.
