Autaugaville Volunteer Fire Department

🚒 Training tonight to stay ready for tomorrow. 🚒

We had an amazing night of training with Old Kingston Fire Department on Monday night! With the help of 82 Auto Parts & Wrecker Service, we were able to practice safely removing an entrapped patient from a vehicle following a motor vehicle accident.

Hands-on training like this helps us sharpen our skills, work together as a team, and be better prepared when our community needs us most.

We do everything we can to stay ready for the people of Autaugaville and the surrounding communities. We’re incredibly grateful to Old Kingston Fire Department and 82 Auto Parts & Wrecker Service for helping make this training possible!

🚒 Train hard. Stay ready. Serve our community. ❤️

Everyone come out and support the volunteers who tirelessly serve the rural parts of our county with Fire and Medical at any given time.

We heard the Sheriff’s Department trains hard…
on donut runs. 🍩🚓
Let’s see how that cardio holds up after a few stolen bases. 😏🔥⚾ you in or nah ?

We would like to give a huge shout-out to our Firefighter of the Year, Holly Hunter! 🚒🔥

Holly has put in an incredible amount of work for our department this past year. She is always willing to give a little extra time and lend a helping hand whenever it’s needed. Her dedication, selflessness, and commitment do not go unnoticed.

We are truly lucky and thankful to have her as part of this amazing team.

We had a lot of fun training with the representatives from Hen nozzles tonight! It was cold but very informative.

Tonight, Autaugaville Fire & Rescue utilized a lifting maze to sharpen our communication skills, teamwork, and overall teambuilding. It was the perfect training for a rainy Tuesday afternoon!

This exercise definitely came with its challenges, but it was a fun and engaging way to work together and get even more familiar with our equipment. Proud of the crew for always showing up and giving their all. 🚒💪🔥

If you still have used shoes you’d like to donate, now’s your chance! Every pair helps support the Autaugaville Fire Department, and we’re so grateful for all the community support we’ve received so far ❤️

If you need someone to meet you for drop-off or pick up your shoes, just send us a message — we’re happy to help!

Let’s keep those donations coming! 👢👠👟
