The Scottsdale Police Department is asking for the public's help regarding a homicide that occurred on Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022 at approximately 1:10 a.m. in the area of 7900 E. Camelback Rd. The victim, 59-year-old Scottsdale resident, Scott Harkness, was a member of the special needs community, was an active participant in the City of Scottsdale Adaptive Recreation Program, and an athlete with the Scottsdale Special Olympics Team, the Bobcats.
