Water is now active for the area around Cumberland and Harlow that was scheduled for shutdown today. We are sorry that the work did not go as planned. Once the pipe was in place and water was going to be turned on, we found the newly installed valves would not operate. The contractor did an amazing job changing things up to get the system operational, unfortunately this added many unexpected hours to this part of the project. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

10/05/2026

Good afternoon all. The crew is working hard to restore water service in the shutdown area on or near Cumberland. Working on pipe that has been in the ground over 100 years always presents its own challenges.
