Pamlico County Fireman's Association Pamlico County Fireman's Association exist to support the volunteer firefighters and their departments in Pamlico County, NC. Brinson, Jr. Training Grounds.

Pamlico County Fireman's Association is comprised of all nine of Pamlico County's volunteer fire departments and their members. The Association seeks to aid in the training of Pamlico's volunteer firefighters. In doing so, the Association aids the citizens of Pamlico County by assisting in developing qualified and well trained emergency services. The Pamlico County Fireman's Association partners with the local community college to provide training, props, and and equipment for the development of its members. The Association maintains the Rufus E. The Training Grounds have several burn boxes, a two story training building, burn pit, and multiple props.
