The Garden of Life dedication ceremony in memory of Haim Suzanna was deeply meaningful. Through this tribute, Haim z”l — may his memory be a blessing — will continue to be with us. His spirit, his music, and his kindness will accompany us in every performance and every moment we come together as a family.

Haim Suzanna, a respected Housefather and Music Director, served Neve Hanna with heart and dedication for nearly 25 years.

Across Israel, he was known as a singer and radio host, and he brought this gift to Neve Hanna. For decades, he led and nurtured countless singing projects within the community. His voice, warmth, and joyful energy filled the halls.

Beyond music, Haim poured his heart into every project he touched, always guided by a desire to do good for others. He embodied the very spirit of Neve Hanna.

Mazal Tov to the B’nai Mitzvah and their families on their joyful Aliyah laTorah. It was a beautiful and meaningful celebration for the entire Neve Hanna community.

The children spent months preparing with Rabba Liron Levy, whose wisdom, warmth, and engaging teaching guided them through this important milestone. It was inspiring to see them called to the Torah with such confidence, pride, and deep connection to Jewish tradition.

We are deeply grateful to Rabba Liron for her dedication and leadership in supporting our children throughout this journey and for helping make the celebration so meaningful for all involved. We look forward to celebrating many more simchas together.

Neve Hanna Children’s Home is affiliated with the Masorti Movement and provides a traditional religious education in which boys and girls have equal opportunities for learning and participation.

The children will be called to the Torah as they celebrate their B'nai Mitzvah. They have spent months working with Rabba Liron Levy - learning, studying, and preparing for this important milestone in their lives.

Connect with Neve Hanna Children's Home in Israel, which serves at-risk youth, for your next mitzvah project! www.afnevehanna.org

This could be as simple as donating a month’s worth of tzedakah collection or organizing a meaningful fundraising project with your religious school students, Bar/Bat Mitzvah students, Men's Club, or Sisterhood.

They can choose to support one of the therapeutic programs: The Bar/Bat Mitzvah program, Hip-Hop program, Library, Streetlight, Yeladudes Bakery School, or Ziv Neurim.

All individualized therapeutic programs and extracurricular activities help build each child’s self-worth while fostering creativity, joy, and fun!

Streetlight activities benefit families in need in the Kiryat G*t community. The Neve Hanna youth plan, fundraise, purchase, and pack food parcels to support these families. https://afnevehanna.org/streetlight/

Ziv Neurim, the Path of the Sea project, works with teenage boys and girls who need intensive support and guidance. Through swimming, rowing, surfing, and sailing, these young people discover new worlds and new possibilities. https://afnevehanna.org/ziv-neurim/
