The only thing scary around here is how fast our sock supply disappears! 👻🧦 Happy Halloween from Firehouse Ministries. If you’re looking for a treat to give this weekend, warm socks, hoodies, and toiletries go a long way as the nights get colder. Drop-offs welcome at 626 2nd Avenue North. 🧡

Every man who walks through our doors needs more than a bed. He needs a seat at the table.
This Thanksgiving season, we're inviting you to help us set one. More on Monday. 🍽️

What a night. 🔥

Last Thursday, nearly 200 friends of Firehouse filled the Grand Bohemian for our 4th Annual Firehouse of Hope Gala, and we're still feeling the love. We've shared some of our favorite moments below.

We were proud to honor Brasfield & Gorrie, whose generosity and partnership have helped build hope, literally and figuratively, for the men we serve.

To our sponsors, volunteers, auction donors, and every guest who raised a paddle or simply showed up to learn our story: thank you. Because of you, over $223,000 will go toward shelter, medical respite, housing, and jobs for men who are working to rebuild their lives right here in downtown Birmingham.

Spot yourself in the photos? Tag yourself and share! 📸

If you couldn't be there, it's not too late to be part of the story: https://firehouseshelter.com/get-involved/donate/

Missed the Firehouse of Hope Gala? We saved one of our most popular adventures for you!

This Yellowstone & Jackson Hole getaway was such a hit at our recent gala that we wanted to offer those who couldn't attend the opportunity to experience it, too.

For $3,500, two guests can experience the beauty and adventure of the American West, including:

🏔️ 3-night stay at The Anvil Hotel in Jackson Hole
🌋 Full-day guided tour of Yellowstone National Park
🦬 Opportunities to experience breathtaking landscapes and incredible wildlife

Explore Yellowstone's legendary geothermal wonders, watch Old Faithful erupt, take in colorful hot springs and thundering waterfalls, and discover wide-open landscapes where wildlife still roams freely. Then return to Jackson Hole, where you'll stay in the heart of town with the spectacular Tetons rising in the distance.

Whether you're an avid outdoor enthusiast or simply ready for an unforgettable adventure, this trip offers the chance to experience one of North America's most iconic landscapes.

Interested? Reach out to us at Firehouse Ministries (205-252-9571 or [email protected]) to learn more about this incredible getaway. Your adventure can also make a difference. Proceeds support Firehouse Ministries and our work serving our community.
