Deborah brings a background in medical-office staffing at Vinsant Orthopaedic and retail customer service at Crate & Barrel. Her training includes CPR, First Aid, AED, HIPAA privacy, and Alzheimer’s and dementia awareness.

💙🧡 Meet R.N., Co-Owner & Day-to-Day Operations Leader of Boca Raton Adult Day Care Center!

For R.N., the commitment to adult day care is personal. His passion began when his grandparents experienced Alzheimer’s disease, giving him a firsthand understanding of the challenges families face and the importance of compassionate, dependable support.

A U.S. Army Infantry veteran and University of South Florida graduate in Management Information Systems, he brings extensive healthcare leadership and business experience.

During his 17-year career with Ascension Health, he advanced into senior operational leadership. Through his holding companies, his business ownership experience includes:

🧩 An ABA sensory center
🥪 Three Subway franchises

Today, R.N. coordinates our center’s daily operations, supports our team, and helps create a welcoming environment where participants are treated with dignity and families feel supported.

J.L.’s love for healthcare began with his mother and father, who own pharmacies and clinics. Their example inspired his lifelong passion for helping people.

A University of Central Florida graduate, J.L. brings healthcare experience in oncology at AdventHealth in Orlando, including working with older adults. Supporting patients and families has shaped his commitment to compassionate communication, careful coordination, and dependable service.

At our center, he guides administration and helps create a respectful, organized, and welcoming experience for participants, families, and staff.
